Will I receive advertising information from LTPLANT?
LTPLANT may inform clients of upgrade information over time. However we feel that if our clients are satisfied with our product and services, then they will return to us when they are ready.
Can I choose not to receive marketing information?
We think that would be a shame, but we will respect the clients choice and rights to privacy. All our clients need to do is let us know their requirements.
Does LTPLANT ever give this information to other businesses or organizations?
LTPLANT recognizes the trust that their clients place in them when they provide us with their personal information. Other than service providers (i.e. like couriers) and where required by law, LTPLANT has a strict policy of not divesting personal information to third parties. To the extent that these service providers gain access to the personal information of our clients, they are covered by strict privacy rules (the Privacy Act) that prevent them from keeping this information for themselves or using this information for any other purpose.
Are cookies used on the LTPLANT web site?
Our website is designed to provide clients both current and prospective, useful information about LTPLANT. We do not use cookies to gain information on clients or others interested in LTPLANT products and services.
Can I access the information that LTPLANT keeps on clients?
Clients are welcome to enquire about the information that is kept. A request for customer records can be made and we will respond to most requests in 14 days.
Changing and deleting information.
Clients may update their personal information with us at any time if they believe that it is inaccurate or out of date. We will also delete client data if requested, provided that it is not required for legal reasons.
Is the information held by LTPLANT secure?
LTPLANT endeavours to take all reasonable measures to keep information we hold secure. Only key personal have access to client data and we ensure that any organization that we deal with complies with the requirements of the Privacy Act. While we do our best, we can't be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to the LTPLANT office.
